About Linda Di Somma
In 2007, Linda decided to further her academic knowledge by enrolling in a degree program in “Food Science and Restaurant Management” at the University of Bologna. Graduating in 2010, she chose to broaden her horizons by working around the world, in Spanish, French and Australian cosmopolitan restaurants.
In 2014, Linda opened a restaurant in Ibiza specializing in fresh handmade pasta, a tribute to her homeland and Italian traditions. However, in 2017, she realized a long-held dream: to become a private chef. Based in Ibiza, she started a business that led her to collaborate with international celebrities and exclusive clients, blending her passion for cooking with direct and personalized contact.
In 2018, Linda decided to take her cooking to the highest level by joining the staff of “Le Montgomerie” restaurant in Courchevel 1850, awarded two Michelin stars. Here she further refined her techniques, learning from the best chefs on the international scene.
In parallel, thanks to her curiosity and interest in the world of nutrition, she earned a university master’s degree in “Nutrition and Dietetics” in 2019. This achievement has added great value to her career, allowing her to create menus that not only delight the palate, but also meet the most specific nutritional needs of clients.
