About Linda Di Somma
She trained at the “Armando Perotti” Culinary and Hospitality School in Bari, Puglia, graduating in 2005. She then embarked on a culinary journey that led her to explore diverse cuisines and develop her own refined and contemporary style.
In 2007, she continued her academic path at the University of Bologna, where she studied Food Science and Restaurant Management, graduating in 2010. Following her studies, she expanded her international experience by working in cosmopolitan restaurants across Spain, France, and Australia.
In 2014, she opened a restaurant in Ibiza dedicated to fresh handmade pasta – a tribute to her Italian roots and culinary heritage.
In 2017, she fulfilled a long-held ambition by becoming a private chef. Based in Ibiza, she built an international career, working with high-profile clients and exclusive guests worldwide, combining her passion for cuisine with a refined and highly personalized approach.
Over the years, each experience has contributed to shaping her distinctive approach – from technical precision in the kitchen to a deep understanding of clients’ tastes and expectations.
This diverse background lies at the core of her culinary philosophy, allowing her to create fully immersive gastronomic experiences where every detail is thoughtfully curated, blending flavour, interaction, and professionalism.
In 2018, she joined the team at “Le Montgomerie” in Courchevel 1850, a two-Michelin-starred restaurant, where she further refined her techniques alongside some of the most respected chefs on the international culinary scene.
Driven by a strong interest in nutrition, she completed a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics in 2019, enhancing her ability to design menus that not only delight the palate but also meet specific dietary and nutritional requirements.
Linda has worked as a private chef for members of royal families, Hollywood stars, world-renowned artists, and elite international athletes, consistently operating at the highest level of discretion and excellence.
